Liuzhou Silk Flower Machinery takes the lead in establishing an industry alliance to drive the standardization of injection-molded bone-shaped silk flower machinery development.
To standardize the development of the silk flower machinery industry and elevate product quality, Guangxi Liuzhou Silk Flower Machinery Co., Ltd. recently joined forces with 12 other organizations—including the Guangxi Academy of Mechanical Industry and the Nanning Floral Association—to jointly establish the "Guangxi Silk Flower Machinery Industry Technology Innovation Alliance." The company is also taking the lead in drafting the local standard "General Technical Requirements for Injection-Molded Bone-Shape Silk Flower Forming Equipment," filling a critical gap in industry standards.

The company is also taking the lead in drafting the local standard "General Technical Requirements for Injection-Molded Bone-Shape Silk Flower Equipment," filling a critical gap in industry standards.
The alliance will establish unified technical standards covering key areas such as the design, manufacturing, and testing of die-casting bone screw machinery, addressing critical industry challenges like inconsistent equipment parameters and the lack of standardized testing methods. Notably, the locally developed standards specify 23 core requirements for die-casting equipment, including hydraulic system performance, molding precision, and energy consumption metrics—for instance, setting a maximum noise level of ≤75 dB(A) and ensuring an average mean time between failures of at least 5,000 hours. These measures are expected to drive a comprehensive improvement in the overall quality of products within the industry.
"After the alliance is established, we will collaborate with member companies to tackle key technological challenges, aiming to achieve breakthroughs within three years in areas such as AI-driven self-optimization of die-casting equipment parameters and advanced green energy-saving technologies. This will help propel Guangxi’s silk flower machinery industry toward higher-end, standardized development," said the General Manager of Liuzhou Silk Flower Machinery. He added that the alliance has already attracted more than 30 companies, and it is expected to boost the industry’s annual output value by over 15%.
