Guangxi Liuzhou Silk Flower Machinery Co., Ltd. recently announced exciting news: its independently developed 15 sets of die-casting bone silk flower processing machines have been successfully shipped to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This marks the first time a silk flower machinery enterprise from Southwest China has exported die-casting equipment to Southeast Asia, highlighting that Liuzhou-made silk flower machinery is now gaining recognition in the international market.
The equipment exported this time has been custom-built to suit the climatic conditions of Southeast Asia, featuring corrosion-resistant hydraulic components and high-temperature-compatible motors that ensure stable operation in environments ranging from 35°C to 40°C. It also comes equipped with a Vietnamese-language user interface and a remote fault-diagnosis system, making it easy for local businesses to operate and maintain. Primarily designed for the petal-shaping process in Vietnamese silk flower manufacturing companies, once operational, the equipment will enable daily production of 12,000 silk flowers—representing a 50% increase in capacity compared to traditional local machinery.
"Southeast Asia is a major global market for silk flowers, with annual demand exceeding 5 billion stems. We aim to achieve a market share of over 15% in this region within three years," said the head of the company’s foreign trade department. Currently, the company has already established two after-sales service centers in Vietnam and Thailand. Moving forward, we will pursue CE certification for our equipment and expand into additional overseas markets, including Malaysia and Indonesia."
