Liuzhou Silk Flower Machinery Develops Integrated "Injection Molding + Silk Flower Forming" Machine, Filling a Technological Gap in Southwest China
Guangxi Liuzhou Sihua Machinery Co., Ltd. recently announced that its independently developed YH-2025 integrated press-injection bone-flower molding machine has passed the technical evaluation by the Guangxi Mechanical Industry Association. The equipment combines press-injection bone shaping with flower-cutting functions, filling a technological gap in this type of integrated machinery in Southwest China. The company has already received its first batch of 200 orders.
According to reports, the device innovatively combines the hydraulic drive system of a die-casting machine with a silk flower molding mold, enabling a production process that integrates "one-step die-casting shaping and synchronous cutting." This approach reduces the number of工序 by 40% compared to traditional separate equipment, while also cutting material waste by 18%. Key performance parameters include a stable die-casting pressure range of 5–8 MPa and shaping accuracy within ±0.2 mm. The equipment is compatible with the production of 12 types of silk flower products, including both silk and plastic flowers, making it ideal for mid-to-high-end floral processing enterprises.

To accelerate technology implementation, the company has partnered with Guangxi University of Science and Technology to establish the "Silk Flower Machinery Intelligent R&D Center," investing 5 million yuan in research and development funds. Together, they have tackled six key technical challenges, including noise reduction in hydraulic systems and rapid mold-change technology. These breakthroughs have already been integrated into mass-produced equipment, enabling products that now meet— and even surpass—domestic advanced performance standards.
