(hereinafter referred to as "Liuzhou Silk Flower Machinery") recently announced its 2025 annual business figures. For the first time, the company’s annual output value surpassed 280 million yuan, marking a year-on-year growth of 19.3%. Notably, sales of silk flower forming equipment—designed specifically to complement injection molding machines—accounted for 45% of total sales, making it the company’s key driver of growth.

Leveraging the advantages of Liuzhou's equipment manufacturing industry cluster, the company has established a comprehensive industrial chain spanning "core components - complete machine manufacturing - after-sales maintenance," driving collaborative development among 300 local supporting enterprises and fostering an industrial ecosystem with annual output value exceeding 800 million yuan. Its independently developed integrated wire-flower pressing and shaping machine, backed by cutting-edge one-step molding technology, boosts production efficiency by 30%. The product is now being supplied in bulk to flower-processing facilities in Guangdong, Yunnan, and other regions, firmly securing the company as the market leader with the largest share in Southwest China.

"Our optimization of the die-casting machine's hydraulic control system has addressed a longstanding industry challenge: the insufficient precision in shaping silk flower petals," said the company’s Technical Director. He added that the technology has already earned five utility model patents, and the next step is to push ahead with intelligent upgrades, with plans to launch a new-generation device equipped with an IoT module within the year.
